CodonCode Aligner 3.7.1.1 for Mac OS X released

CodonCode Aligner 3.7.1.1 for Mac OS X was released on November 2, 2010. This update fixes the missing "Preferences" menu item problem that was caused by Apple's October 2010 Java updates for OS X 10.5 and 10.6. Windows users should keep using version 3.7.1.
