The best way to send this is by creating a ZIP archive of the project folder (the directory that contains the .proj file, and sub-folders edit_dir, chromat_dir, and phd_dir). This can be done as follows:
- Open a Mac OS X Finder or a Windows Explorer window.
- Navigate to the directory that contains your project folder.
- Right-click (or command-click on OS X) on the project folder to show a popup menu.
- In the menu, you will see an option to create a ZIP archive (called "Send to->Compressed folder", "Compress", "Create archive", or similar). Click one of this option to create a ZIP file, usually in the same directory that contains your project folder. Depending on your system settings, you may or may not see the ".zip" extension.
