CodonCode Aligner 4.0.0 beta 1 released

CodonCode Aligner 4.0.0 beta 1 has been released. This version includes many new features and improvements, including better support for large (Next Gen) sequencing projects.

Note that this is a beta version - it has not been fully tested, and may contain known and unknown bugs.

Please read the instructions on the beta download page carefully before installing and using this version.
