CodonCode Aligner 12.0.1 released

CodonCode Aligner 12.0.1 was released on December 3, 2024.

CodonCode Aligner version 12 introduces multiple new features and improvements. These include support for additional cloning methods:
TA cloning, blunt end PCR cloning, and direction topoisomerase cloning; a new function to transfer tags between sample; and more.

Version 12 requires a new license key. Version 12.0 is a free upgrade for all users with a current update and support agreement as of December 3, 2024. Users upgrading from older versions will require a new license key, which may require the purchase of an upgrade if the support agreement has expired.
