CodonCode Aligner 3.0.2 released
Posted: Tue May 26, 2009 5:13 pmCodonCode Aligner 3.0.2 was released on May 26, 2009. This version fixes two Windows-only bugs: tag dialog layout problems, and problems with file dialogs (Open and Save dialogs) that occurred on a small subset of computers.
Mac OS X users who are currently using version 3.0.1 do not need to update to version 3.0.2.
Version 3.0 of CodonCode Aligner introduced a number of new features and improvements, including improved support for larger sequencing projects and faster sequence assembly. Users upgrading from version 2 may need new license keys to use this version. Version 3 is a free upgrade for all users with a current update and support agreement as of December 30, 2008.
