CodonCode Aligner 5.1.1 was released on October 31, 2014. This version introduces methylation analysis from bisulfite ABI data, and a "virtual gel" view for restriction maps. License keys entered for CodonCode Aligner 5.0.1 or 5.0.2 will continue to work with version 5.1.1. Users upgrading from older versions will require a new license key, which may require the purchase of an upgrade if the support agreement has expired.
