CodonCode Aligner 11.0.1 released

CodonCode Aligner 11.0.1 was released on July 18, 2021.

CodonCode Aligner version 11 introduces several new features and improvements: virtual cloning using Gibson Assembly; synchronization of starts for circular samples; automatic annotation for common features in plasmids; import of GFF files; and more.

Version 11 requires a new license key. Version 11.0 is a free upgrade for all users with a current update and support agreement as of July 18, 2023. Users upgrading from older versions will require a new license key, which may require the purchase of an upgrade if the support agreement has expired.
