CodonCode Aligner 3.7.1 released
Posted: Tue Sep 21, 2010 10:26 amCodonCode Aligner 3.7.1 was released on September 21, 2010. New in this version is the option to use 'n' in consensus sequences to replace '-' at gaps. This option is useful when comparing contigs with MUSCLE to avoid unwanted deletions of gaps, for example when working with projects that contain large deletions. In addition, this update includes a number of important bug fixes. All users of version 3.0 to 3.6.1 should upgrade to this version.
